So are you only allowed to get tattoos of motorcycles? Or are the motorcycles getting tats? If so, is there a length of needle that, when it hits the gas tank, detonates?

In this town there used to be a Tattoo Parlor on a side street off of the original Highway 99 route. I could see it occasionally on my way to a hardware store, if the traffic light had backed up several cars.
One day I had a Walter Mitty moment as I sat there!
The name of the parlor was “Crazy Jane’s” and suddenly I imagined a customer looking down at his arm;
“Hey! Why is there a monkey tail on my heart tattoo?”
I could imagine Jane casually wiping ink off her tattoo needle,
then snarling, ” ’cause I’m… CRAZY JANE …. WHAT’S IT TO YA ?”-
