The Red Rising Series, Between Badge and Sin (Detective Graves series), Tap and Die, The Deviant’s War, and Sula.
What did you like about each of those? And what are the genres? Looks like a lot of sci fi and fantasy?
The Transcendence series by E A Carter. (3 books)
It’s a fantasy book that deals with ancient Egypt. I loved the fact she used the love stories of mortals gods the love stories that transcend thru time and space.
The Furyck Saga by A.E. Rayne (6 books)
This is a fantasy book that is so friggin fabulous. The author has gods and dreamers villains and a heroine that’s a total badass. You just got to read her first book and your hooked.
Quantum by Patricia Cornwell. This book is about murder mystery and space. this book her characters are working for NASA where murders happen. This book is very detail in her description of NASA what the characters do and of course the murder it’s self. It’s a very suspenseful thriller that you got to love
Salvation in the Sun by Lauren Lee Merewether. Historical fiction. This book takes us back to a time in Egyptian history when Amenthotep was pharoph and Nefertiti was Queen. This book gives a very unique look on the pharoph life, court, political intrigue and the deaths that follow.
Also a whole set I’d never heard about. What books did these remind you of?
Ward D, Into the Dread Void, Winterball, Winter Blake Series and Shatter Me.
OH I didn’t know about any of those. What did you like about each? What were they about?
Bell Hammers is one of the best books I’ve read in a very long time. I can’t wait to read more.
That’s super kind of you, Beckie. Did you buy and read any others in the last five years?
