book review sites

Book Review Site : FREE list of emails — who will review your book?

Sometimes we have really dense posts here and sometimes we give you book review site after book review site. It’s a list today, in a document, complete with contact information of every book review site I know about. Or at least the non-Goodreads, non-Bookriot, non-NYT Book Review sites. All the bloggers who will consider you? All the pro reviewers who run a substack or a podcast?

That’s who we’re after.

I only have a couple of rules today. My first request is that you share this post widely with your writer friends. Why? Frankly, so that we can beat out every other post out there who is charging for information that’s freely available. Gobs and gobs of people are making so much money from this list, they’re actually playing $3 per click just for the search term “book review site.”

Some are paying $9. The Fussy Librarian is out bidding people for $27 per click.

That’s per click, not sale. That’s… a level of folly I would prefer to ignore.

So you know me: I think this needs busted. Break ’em up. Liberate the info, literate the people.

I compiled two documents into a .zip file. The first is literally just a PDF of what one review middleman puts out there for free if you scroll down long enough. I literally just hit “more” on their site about 170 times and saved that webpage as a PDF. Then I went through and scraped those websites by hand, not webcrawl, for emails. The rest have contact forms.

If you want access, I’m going to request an email. Why? Because I’m offering it for free, it took a ton of work, and I’d like to be helpful to you in the future.
