BOOK CLUB: The Man in the High Castle

Our next book for book club is THE MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE  by Philip K Dick. We’ll discuss in the comments and the next book will be The Cuckoo’s Calling by J.K. Rowling as Robert Galbraith — December 23rd (eve of Eve!), 2016.

To kick things off:

Farce and faking make a big theme early in the novel. We have many characters involved in forgeries and the question is asked: unless you know which one is the authentic line and which one is the fabrication, how can you tell them apart?

And if you can’t tell them apart, are they really that different?
