One story woven together. Think about it. What if your story along with seven hundred others could create a masterpiece of human experience? What if you aren’t the only one who saw what you saw or felt what you felt?
Here are some highlights:
- man who feels a prisoner in his own home
- boy who got involved in underground gun running
- woman who learned about war and peace from her father’s stories
- man who came out of the closet and was forced to resign
- couple sent to dangerous place despite family wishes
- widow burdened by the sight of a simple empty swing set
- girl misunderstood by her divorced parents
- man who wins thousands of dollars in professional poker, but doesn’t know how to budget or manage his bankroll

Story Our Life enables people like you and me to get our stories into a novel. In this way, we get to share our struggles and triumphs with the world so that others can benefit without the unneccessary grief caused by media, paparazzi, or other forms of drama. It’s three-steps easy:
- Send in your life-story to storyourlife@gmail.com
We collect stories in any form or fashion – poetry, prose, cardboard testimony, tweet #storyourlife, Facebook messages, emails, and even letters thanks to the beautiful old couple who penned those two gorgeous letters! Send yours in be it a memoir or three words like “I’m an alcoholic.” - Lance compiles your story with others
Stories connect. You and me together, us and them together, and he and she together. We find similarities and differences in all of our stories. Because of this, I’ll be making character sheets based entirely on the similarities of your character with the character of another person. Over time, we’ll end up with a character that represents around seven different people. That way we can recognize our stories without the pain of gossip and slander. - Lance writes a novel using these characters
Once we get all of your stories compiled with all of your characters, I’ll sit down and write an epic novel, weaving these stories together into one. It will take time, maybe even the rest of my life, but I’m determined to keep grinding the flywheel until I’m done or I’m dead.
